Objective:To investigate the therapeutic effect of diabetes dumbbell fitness exercises on early diabetic nephropathy and the modulating effect of inflammatory factors,and to provide a reasonable mode of exercise therapy for patients with early diabetic nephropathy.Methods:Patients with early diabetic nephropathy admitted to the De-partment of Endocrinology of Xuyi People's Hospital from January 2022 to December 2022 were selected according to the inclusion criteria,and 60 patients were divided into the control group(n=30)and the experimental group(n=30)according to the randomized numerical table generated by SAS 9.4 software.The control group received conven-tional treatment,while the experimental group underwent diabetes dumbbell fitness exercises on the basis of conven-tional treatment.After 6 months of treatment,the two groups were compared in terms of glycolipid metabolism inde-xes,renal function indexes and inflammatory factor levels.Results:After treatment,the blood glucose,blood lipids and renal function indexes of the control group and the experimental group were lower than those before treatment(P＜0.05),and the experimental group reduced more significantly(P＜0.05);the levels of inflammatory factors of interleukin-6(IL-6),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),and monocyte chemotactic protein-1(MCP-1)of the two groups were all significantly lower than those before treatment(P＜0.05),and the reduction was more significant in the experimental group(P＜0.05).Conclusion:Diabetes dumbbell fitness exercises in the treatment of patients with early diabetic nephropathy can help to improve the blood glucose lipids and renal function of patients,and can further lower the level of inflammation factors,which is significant and worthy of clinical promotion.
