Predictive value of ultrasound combined with serum AKIP1 and CYLD for lymph node metastasis of endometrial cancer
Objective:To explore the predictive value of ultrasound combined with serum A kinase-interacting protein 1(AKIP1)and cylindromatosis(CYLD)in lymph node metastasis of endometrial cancer. Methods:A total of 120 patients with endometrial cancer who were diagnosed and underwent surgery in our hospital from January 2021 to December 2023 were regarded as the study subjects. They were separated into a non metastatic group of 74 cases and a metastatic group of 46 cases based on their lymph node metastasis status.ELISA method was applied to detect serum AKIP1 and CYLD levels.Kappa test was applied to analyze the consistency between ultrasound and pathological detection of lymph node metastasis.ROC curve was drawn to analyze the predictive value of ultrasound combined with serum AKIP1 and CYLD for lymph node metastasis in endometrial cancer. Results:There were ob-vious differences between the two groups in terms of FIGO staging, cervical stromal infiltration, and lymphatic ves-sel interstitial infiltration(P<0.05).Compared with the non metastatic group, the serum AKIP1 level in the meta-static group was obviously increased, while the CYLD level was obviously reduced(P<0.05).Kappa test showed poor consistency between ultrasound and pathological detection of lymph node metastasis(Kappa=0.315,P<0.001).Compared with ultrasound(Z=5.532,P<0.001),serum AKIP1(Z=2.396,P=0.017),and CYLD(Z=2.004,P=0.028)alone,ultrasound combined with serum AKIP1 and CYLD had a obviously higher AUC for predicting lymph node metastasis in endometrial cancer. Conclusion:Ultrasound combined with serum AKIP1 and CYLD has certain predictive value for lymph node metastasis in endometrial cancer.
