摘要
基于丘陵山区耕地抛荒日益严重的现状,对麻城市耕地抛荒情况进行调查,分析耕地抛荒的原因和危害,得出通过优化农业劳动力结构、改进农业基础设施条件、提高农民的种植效益、促进项目资金均衡使用、完善基层组织管理抛荒职能的法规等措施,能有效减少抛荒地的数量.
Abstract
Based on the increasingly serious situation of arable land abandonment in hilly and mountainous areas,an investigation was conducted on the situation of arable land abandonment in Macheng City,and the reasons and hazards of arable land abandon-ment were analyzed.It is believed that measures such as optimizing the agricultural labor structure,improving agricultural infrastruc-ture conditions,improving farmers'planting efficiency,promoting balanced use of project funds,and improving regulations for grass-roots organization management of arable land abandonment functions can effectively reduce arable land abandonment.
