Design and Implementation of Digital Supervision Platform for Tomato Processing Quality
Taking the entire process of tomato processing as the research object,based on the analysis of tomato processing quality management issues,product process status,and optimization needs,combined with new generation information technology,the over-all architecture and detailed functional modules of the digital supervision platform for tomato processing quality are designed.Through software and hardware deployment and system integration,the platform development and application are realized.The ap-plication of research results has solved existing quality management problems,achieved the goal of improving decision-making effi-ciency and management level,reducing the unqualified rate of eggplant products and raw material loss,and thereby increasing the economic benefits of enterprises.
