广水市高素质农民培育的现状及对策

摘要
近年来,广水市大力开展高素质农民培育,建立了一支文化水平高、种植技术强、善经营、会管理的高素质农民队伍,为全面推进乡村振兴、加快农业农村现代化发展提供稳定的人才保障.为进一步巩固培育效果,针对当前高素质农民培训和教育工作中存在的问题,提出了加强高素质农民培育工作的发展对策.
Abstract
In recent years,Guangshui City has vigorously carried out the cultivation of high-quality farmers,and established a team of high-quality farmers with high cultural level,strong planting technology and good management,which provides a stable talent guarantee for comprehensively promoting rural revitalization and accelerating the development of agricultural and rural moderniza-tion.In order to further consolidate the effect of cultivation,aiming at the problems existing in the current training and education of high-quality farmers,the development countermeasures of strengthening the cultivation of high-quality farmers are put forward.
