摘要
标准化采茶对提高茶青质量和提高茶青下树率起到关键性作用,茶青质量决定加工的成品茶品质,茶青采摘后及时对茶树进行抚育管理能提高下一轮茶青质量.以普安县为例,详细介绍了茶叶标准化采摘及采后管护技术.
Abstract
Standard tea picking plays a key role in improving the quality of tea and the rate of tea planting.The quality of tea deter-mines the quality of processed tea.Timely management of tea tree after picking tea can improve the quality of tea in the next round.Taking Pu'an County as an example,the technology of standardized tea picking and post-harvest management were introduced in de-tail.
