摘要

揭示薰衣草DXR基因的生物学功能,将为薰衣草精油性状改良提供科学依据.基于此,以烟草为例,利用农杆菌介导法对烟草进行了DXR基因的遗传转化,获得了10株转DXR基因的烟草植株,通过荧光定量技术确定了其在不同转基因植株中的表达量,利用GC-MS技术测定了转基因植株叶片中萜类挥发物的含量情况,为解析薰衣草DXR基因在萜类化合物代谢中的作用提供了依据.

Abstract

Revealing the biological function of DXR gene in Lavandula angustifolia will provide scientific basis for improving the character of lavender essential oil.Based on this,taking tobacco as an example,Agrobacterium-mediated DXR gene genetic transfor-mation was carried out on tobacco,and 10 tobacco plants with DXR gene transfer were obtained.Their expression levels in different transgenic plants were determined by fluorescence quantitative technique,and the contents of terpenoid volatile substances in the leaves of transgenic plants were measured by GC-MS technique.This study provided a basis for elucidating the role of DXR gene in the metabolism of terpenoid compounds in Lavandula angustifolia.
