无人驾驶牵引负荷车的研制及试验验证

针对目前牵引负荷车存在的传动部件多、传动效率低、需要专业技术人员驾驶、手动调节加载载荷等问题,基于重型电驱加载桥、点对点无线传输、惯导定位等技术,研发了一台具有无人驾驶、自动调节加载载荷、数据无线传输等功能的新一代牵引负荷车,为非道路车辆牵引性能测试提供了 一种全新的测试思路及试验方法.通过采用同一台被试车辆,在相同环境下,进行标准负荷车、牵引负荷车的牵引试验验证,结果显示,研发的新一代牵引负荷车满足牵引试验要求.
Development and Test Verification of Driverless Traction Load Vehicle
In view of the problems existing in the current traction load vehicle,such as many transmission components,low transmis-sion efficiency,the need for professional and technical personnel to drive,and manual adjustment of loading loads,a new generation of traction load vehicle with functions such as unmanned driving,automatic adjustment of loading loads,and wireless data transmis-sion is developed based on heavy electric drive loading bridge,point-to-point wireless transmission,inertial navigation positioning and other technologies.It provides a new test idea and test method for off-road vehicle traction performance test.By using the same test vehicle in the same environment,the traction test of standard load vehicle and traction load vehicle is verified.The results showed that the new generation of traction load vehicle can meet the requirements of traction test.
