摘要

数控深孔钻削是一种高效、精密的加工方法,广泛应用于航空航天、能源、汽车等领域,但在实际应用中面临着刀具稳定性差、冷却润滑等诸多挑战.为了解决这些问题,提出了 一种基于切削力和刀具寿命的刀具路径优化策略,实现了对深孔钻削过程的有效控制.通过试验,验证了此优化策略的可行性.

Abstract

CNC deep hole drilling is an efficient and precise machining method,widely used in aerospace,energy,automotive and other fields.However,CNC deep hole drilling also faces many challenges,such as tool stability,cooling and lubrication.In order to solve these problems,a tool path optimization strategy based on cutting force and tool life is proposed to realize effective control of deep hole drilling process.The feasibility of this optimization strategy is verified by experiments.
