农业智能化温室大棚薄膜老化性能研究

用于覆盖的传统薄膜易老化破损,回收利用率低,将聚乙烯醇掺入传统薄膜配方中制备的新型复合薄膜,具有抗老化、利于回收利用、降低白色污染的优势.通过试验,研究了不同聚乙烯醇掺量下复合薄膜的老化性能.结果表明,掺入聚乙烯醇后复合颗粒流动性能增强,有利于复合颗粒的制备与加工,但在吹膜过程中形成的膜泡不稳定.随着聚乙烯醇掺量的增加,复合薄膜的氧化诱导期先升高后降低,聚乙烯醇掺量为20%时有利于增加复合薄膜的使用寿命.随着聚乙烯醇掺量的增加,表现出以下两种现象:一是复合薄膜的羧基指数下降最后趋于平缓,说明掺入聚乙烯醇后复合薄膜光氧化降解程度降;二是复合薄膜拉伸强度保留率和纵向断裂标称应变保留率均升高.综合考虑复合薄膜各项老化性能指标,优选聚乙烯醇掺量为20%.
Research on Aging Properties of Agricultural Intelligent Greenhouse Film
Traditional cover films are prone to aging and damage,and the development of new anti-aging composite films is condu-cive to recycling and reducing white pollution.A new type of composite film material was prepared by mixing polyvinyl alcohol into the traditional formula,and the aging properties of the composite film with different polyvinyl alcohol content were studied.The re-sults showed that the fluidity of the composite particles is enhanced after adding polyvinyl alcohol,which is beneficial to the prepara-tion and processing of the composite particles,but the film bubbles formed during the film blowing process are more unstable.With the increase of the content of polyvinyl alcohol,the oxidation induction period of the composite film first increased and then de-creased,and the service life of the composite film was increased when the content of polyvinyl alcohol was 20%.With the increase of polyvinyl alcohol content,the carboxyl index of the composite film decreased and finally became flat,indicating that the degree of photooxidative degradation of the composite film decreased after the addition of polyvinyl alcohol.With the increase of the content of polyvinyl alcohol,the retention rate of tensile strength and nominal strain at longitudinal fracture of the composite film both in-creased.Considering all the aging performance indexes of the composite film comprehensively,the preferred content of polyvinyl al-cohol is 20%.
