In recent years,with the implementation of China's rural revitalization strategy,attention has been paid to the management of agricultural land abandonment.However,under the management mode of transfer,trustement and replacement farming,there are still problems such as insufficient number of agricultural land management personnel,lack of effective channels for the transfer and management of agricultural land,large investment in the management and improvement of wasteland,and a long period of effective-ness.It is imperative to strengthen the multi-level management of rural farmland abandonment.Taking Shuanglong Town as the re-search object,this paper put forward effective multi-level management measures such as increasing capital investment,establishing and improving rural science and technology service system,and promoting farmers'transfer to high quality professional farmers.
