Combining with the actual situation of Hainan Province,taking the rural revitalization as the background and the high-quality development of rural tourism as the research object,this paper discusses the theoretical logic and practical path of the high-quality development of rural tourism.First,this paper expounded the correlation between rural revitalization and rural tourism,and emphasizes the important role of rural tourism in promoting rural revitalization.Secondly,it constructed the theoretical framework of high-quality development of rural tourism,including the connotation and elements of high-quality development and the basic logic of high-quality development of rural tourism.Thirdly,this paper put forward the practical path of high-quality development of rural tourism,including suggestions on government policy and guidance,industrial upgrading and innovation,ecological protection and sustainable development.Finally,by analyzing the development status and successful experience of Hainan's rural tourism,the char-acteristics and advantages of Hainan's high-quality development of rural tourism are highlighted.
