中药黄芪研究现状及发展动态的文献计量学分析

基于科学之网数据库,从黄芪研究的论文整体发表时间分布、研究主体、研究内容及研究热点等方面,利用文献计量软件VoSviewer和CiteSpace,对黄芪研究的文献数据进行了分析.分析结果显示:黄芪研究目前处于快速发展期,我国在研究中处于主体地位,研究机构以国内各高校和科研院所为主,研究机构及团队关联分析提示各研究单元之间的合作交流有待加强;黄芪的研究范围在逐步拓宽,特别是在药理活性与生物学机制研究、物种分布、生长生理、分类鉴定方面取得了良好的进展和积累;黄芪甲苷Ⅳ和黄芪多糖是当下黄芪研究比较热门的成分,肠道菌群是关于黄芪药效机制研究的有力手段;黄芪有效成分与药材道地性的内在联系尚未阐明,在有效成分提取工艺方面有待加强,有效成分构效关系的阐明和黄芪的临床应用尚未取得实质性进展,是制约黄芪研究的薄弱环节.
Bibliometrics Analysis of Research Status and Development Trend of Chinese Herb Astragalus membranaceus
This paper comprehensively and scientifically reviewed the development context and research trend in the field of Astrag-alus membranaceus,and provided references for scientific research in related directions,industrial development layout,government and enterprise science and technology resource allocation.Based on the Web of Science database,this paper analyzed the literature data of Astragalus membranaceus research,and used the literature metrology software VoSviewer and CiteSpace from the aspects of the overall publication time distribution,research subjects,research contents and research hotspots of Astragalus membranaceus re-search papers.Astragalus membranaceus research is currently in a period of rapid development,and China is in the main position in the research.The research institutions are mainly universities and research institutes in China,and the correlation analysis between re-search institutions and teams suggests that the cooperation and communication between research units need to be strengthened.The research scope of Astragalus membranaceus is gradually expanding,especially in pharmacological activity and biological mecha-nism,species distribution,growth physiology,classification and identification have made good progress and accumulation.Astragalus membranaceus Ⅳ and Astragalus membranaceus polysaccharide are the most popular ingredients in the study of Astragalus membra-naceus,and the intestinal flora is a powerful means to study the pharmacodynamic mechanism of Astragalus membranaceus.The in-ternal relationship between the active components of Astragalus membranaceus and the authenticity of medicinal materials has not been clarified,and the extraction technology of active components needs to be strengthened.
