Food Machinery and Equipment Curriculum Reform and Exploration Based on CDIO Engineering Education Concept
Based on the framework concept of CDIO engineering education,in order to reform the traditional education and teaching methods,by analyzing various problems existing in the teaching of food machinery and equipment courses,four modules of ideation-design-implement-operation are integrated into the teaching purpose,teaching content,teaching methods and teaching evaluation to give full play to students'subjective initiative in learning.Teaching professional knowledge at the same time could improve the ideo-logical and political quality of students,for the food industry could transport more compound high quality talents,and achieve the ul-timate goal of teaching and educating people.
