摘要

随着城市化进程的推进,耕地保护面临着前所未有的挑战,尤其是耕地被非法占用的问题日益突出.而无人机技术可成为监控和管理耕地的一个有力工具,即利用无人机航空摄影测量技术可对重点区域耕地进行"非农化、非粮化"活动的监管.在介绍无人机航空摄影测量基本原理和技术特点的基础上,通过实验,展示了如何使用无人机收集的高分辨率图像来识别和监测耕地使用的变化,讨论了将无人机技术应用于耕地监管的潜力和局限性,并针对如何将这一技术更好地融入现有的土地管理体系提出了建议.

Abstract

With the advancement of urbanization,the protection of cultivated land is facing unprecedented challenges,especially the problem of illegal occupation of cultivated land is becoming increasingly prominent,and UAV technology can become a powerful tool for monitoring and management of cultivated land,that is,the use of UAV aerial photogrammetry technology can be used to su-pervise the"non-agricultural,non-grain"activities of cultivated land in key areas.Based on the introduction of the basic principles and technical characteristics of UAV aerial photogrammetry,a series of experiments are conducted to demonstrate how to use high-resolution images collected by UAV to identify and monitor changes in cultivated land use,and the potential and limitations of apply-ing UAV technology to cultivated land supervision are discussed.Some suggestions on how to integrate this technology into the exist-ing land management system are put forward.
