The Adaptation and Tension of Digital Governance to the Countryside
The application of digital technology to rural governance can activate the vitality of rural governance and release the kinet-ic energy of governance,but the practice of digital governance shows that digital rural governance has dual effects,in which the logic of the adaptation of digital technology and rural governance covers system debugging,technology enhancement,and main body ex-pansion,while the tension logic of digital technology and rural governance covers system block,technology increase,and main body dissociation.This paper discussed the adaptation and tension of the application of digital technology to rural governance by construct-ing the framework of institution-technology-subject analysis.
