摘要
随着城镇化建设不断推进,农村劳动力呈现老龄化趋势,农业社会化服务组织在农业现代化建设中起到不可替代的重要作用.介绍了休宁县社会化服务组织的发展现状,提高社会化服务能力的主要做法,分析了目前存在的主要问题,就如何壮大社会化服务组织,提升社会化服务能力提出建议,以促进全县主要农作物生产全程机械化水平的提升.
Abstract
With the continuous advancement of urbanization,the rural labor force is aging,and agricultural socialized service organi-zations play an irreplaceable and important role in agricultural modernization.This paper introduced the development status of social service organizations in Xiuning County,and the main ways to improve the ability of social service,analyzed the main problems at present,and put forward suggestions on how to expand the social service organizations and improve the ability of social service,so as to promote the mechanization level of main crop production in the county.
