摘要
依托宜宾地区专用粮产业发展模式的重要经验,通过调研,提出了从区分粮食生产用途、挖掘粮食产区优势、促进农业生产性服务发展等方面,解决粮食问题的新思路.所提思路对解决新形势下粮食安全问题具有重要参考价值.
Abstract
Based on the important experience of the development mode of special grain industry in Yibin area,this paper put forward a new idea to solve the food problem from the aspects of distinguishing the use of grain production,tapping the advantages of grain producing areas,and promoting the development of agricultural productive services.The proposed ideas have important reference value to solve the problem of food security under the new situation.
