Sustainable Development Plan for Agricultural Enterprises'Supply Chain Management in Southern Fujian Province
This paper deeply studied the implementation of sustainable practices in supply chain management of agricultural enter-prises in southern Fujian Province,as well as the challenges and countermeasures.Through the analysis of the general situation of en-terprise development,the impact of sustainable practice on supply chain management and the implementation of sustainable plan,the key factors of enterprise sustainable development in economic,social and environmental aspects are revealed.The study found that companies need to strike a balance between cost-effectiveness,technological innovation and system requirements to drive sustain-able supply chain management.At the same time,it is suggested that enterprises optimize supply chain network management,strengthen technological innovation,pay attention to social responsibility,in order to achieve long-term competitiveness and social environment win-win.
