基质组配对楠木容器苗质量的影响

摘要
为了探讨基质组配对楠木容器苗质量的影响,通过设置9种不同的基质组配,观察和测量了不同处理下楠木容器苗的生长指标和抗逆性指标.结果表明,基质组配对楠木容器苗的生长和抗逆性具有显著影响.在基质组配C3[φ(蛭石∶珍珠岩∶泥炭土)=3∶3∶2]下,楠木容器苗的生长速度最快,叶片颜色最绿,叶面积最大.同时,该处理下楠木容器苗的叶绿素含量最高,说明植株的光合作用能力最强.综合分析表明,基质组配C3最有利于楠木容器苗的生长和抗逆性的提高.建议在生产实践中采用基质组配C3进行培育,以提高楠木容器苗的质量和抗逆性.
Abstract
In order to investigate the effect of matrix composition on the quality of container Phoebe zhennan seedlings,the growth indexes and stress resistance indexes of container Phoebe zhennan seedlings under different treatments were observed and measured by setting 9 different matrix compositions.The results showed that substrate composition had significant effects on the growth and stress resistance of Phoebe zhennan container seedlings.Under the matrix composition C3,the growth rate of Phoebe zhennan con-tainer seedlings was the fastest,the leaf color was the greenest,and the leaf area was the largest.At the same time,the chlorophyll content of Phoebe zhennan container seedlings under this treatment was the highest,indicating that the plants had the strongest photo-synthetic capacity.The comprehensive analysis showed that matrix composition C3 was the most beneficial to the growth and stress resistance of Phoebe zhennan container seedlings.In order to improve the quality and stress resistance of containerized Phoebe zhen-nan seedlings,it is suggested that C3 should be adopted in the production practice.
