摘要

随着生态农业和低碳农业的发展,食用菌产业在其中的地位和作用逐步突显,较好地融合了生态低碳农业生产模式,实现了生态效益、经济效益、社会效益三者的统一.为了更好地推广这种良好的生产模式,助力乡村振兴,以侯马市为例,结合平菇的生态生理特性,从品种选择、栽培模式、工艺流程、生产管理、化肥农药使用、病虫害防治等方面,详细介绍了生态低碳平菇生产栽培关键技术,并分析了相关的生态、经济及社会效益.

Abstract

With the development of ecological agriculture and low-carbon agriculture,the position and role of edible fungi industry in it has gradually become prominent,and it has better integrated the ecological low-carbon agricultural production mode,and real-ized the unity of ecological benefits,economic benefits and social benefits.In order to better develop and promote this good produc-tion mode and help rural revitalization,taking Houma City as an example,combined with the ecological and physiological character-istics of oyster mushroom,the key technologies of ecological and low-carbon oyster mushroom production and cultivation were intro-duced in detail from the aspects of variety selection,cultivation mode,process flow,production management,fertilizer and pesticide use,disease and pest control,etc.The related ecological,economic and social benefits were also analyzed.
