摘要

临夏州地处三区三州地区,马铃薯是当地的支柱产业之一.为了提高临夏州脱毒马铃薯原原种生产能力,加快马铃薯产业发展进程,从马铃薯茎尖剥离、脱毒苗快繁、网棚建立、苗床准备、炼苗移栽、网室管理、病虫害防控、原原种收获、原原种贮藏等方面,总结了适用于临夏州地区马铃薯脱毒原原种繁育生产关键技术,以期为本地区马铃薯原原种工厂化繁育提供技术支撑,助力马铃薯产业发展.

Abstract

Linxia is located in the three districts three states area,potato is one of the local pillar industries.In order to improve the production capacity of virus-free potato original seed in Linxia and speed up the development of potato industry,the key technolo-gies applicable to the production of virus-free potato original seed in Linxia were summarized from the aspects of potato stem tip stripping,virus-free seedling rapid propagation,net shed establishment,seedling bed preparation,seedling transplanting,net room management,disease and pest control,original seed harvest,and original seed storage.In order to provide technical support for the factory breeding of potato original seed in this region,and help the development of potato industry.
