摘要

在简述红枣机械化干制技术工艺流程的基础上,介绍了目前山西常用的红枣干制设备技术、主要热源性能,结合红枣烘干工艺参数,通过对比燃煤热风炉与空气能热泵性能参数及优缺点,得出了机械化烘干技术和空气能热泵烘干房的应用是今后山西红枣烘干发展方向的结论.

Abstract

On the basis of briefly describing the technical process of mechanized Ziziphus jujuba drying,the technology of Ziziphus jujuba drying equipment commonly used in Shanxi and the performance of main heat source are introduced.Combined with the tech-nical parameters of Ziziphus jujuba drying,the performance parameters and advantages and disadvantages of coal-fired hot blast stove and air energy heat pump are compared.It is concluded that the application of mechanized drying technology and air energy heat pump drying room is the development direction of Shanxi Ziziphus jujuba drying in the future.
