四川省烟叶种植家庭农场发展能力的评价与研究

摘要
以层次分析法和主观赋权相结合,从4个维度构建了四川省烟叶家庭农场发展能力评价体系,研究了四川省烟叶家庭农场整体发展、地理区域、产业类型的发展能力水平.结果显示:四川省烟叶家庭农场整体处于中等偏高水平;四大烟区发展能力水平从不同指标看,地区排位存在差异,但整体相差较小;混合种植类烟叶家庭农场是多元化综合经营,其发展能力相较于专业化经营模式更高.基于此,提出了政府应引导烟叶家庭农场的建立,加大对外部环境的支持,重视烟叶家庭农场可持续性,进一步助推新型农业经营主体转向高质量发展的建议.
Abstract
Based on the combination of analytic hierarchy process and subjective empowerment,the development ability evaluation system of tobacco leaf family farms in Sichuan Province was constructed from four dimensions,and the development ability level of the overall development,geographical region and industry type of tobacco leaf family farms in Sichuan Province was studied.The re-sults showed that the whole tobacco leaf family farm in Sichuan province was at a medium high level.The development ability level of the four big tobacco areas is different in different indicators,but the overall difference is small.Mixed planting tobacco leaf family farm is a diversified comprehensive management,and its development ability is higher than that of specialized management mode.Based on this,it was proposed that the government should guide the establishment of tobacco family farms,increase the support for the external environment,pay attention to the sustainability of tobacco family farms,and further promote the development of new ag-ricultural business entities to high quality development.
