摘要
马尔康市位于四川省川西北高原地区,当地常规品种白湾辣椒以红熟果实含水量低、芳香味浓、颜色亮丽、油分高、加工后风味独特的优势,成为近些年马尔康市高原山区新兴优势产业.为打破马尔康白湾辣椒发展瓶颈,针对基础设施建设薄弱、品种退化及混杂、栽培技术落后等问题,提出了加强基础设施建设、推广良种良技、提升辣椒加工科技水平等一系列措施,以促进白湾辣椒产业持续健康发展.
Abstract
Barkam City is located in the northwest plateau area of Sichuan Province.The local conventional variety Baiwan pepper has become an emerging advantageous industry in the plateau mountainous area of Barkam City in recent years due to its advantages of low water content of red ripe fruit,strong aroma,bright color,high oil content and unique flavor after processing.In order to break the bottleneck of the development of Baiwan pepper in Barkam City,a series of measures were put forward to strengthen the con-struction of infrastructure,promote good seed and technology,and improve the level of pepper processing technology in order to pro-mote the sustainable and healthy development of Baiwan pepper industry.
