Indoor Insecticidal Activity and the Effect of Field Control of 5 Agents Against Lilium davidii Myzus persicae
In order to screen the anti-aphid agents which are more sensitive to Myzus persicae in Lilium davidii growing area, the lab-oratory toxicity and field efficacy experiments of 5 pesticides were carried out.The toxicity of each agent to Lilium davidii Myzus persicae was in the order of Fluridine cyanil>Spirulin ethyl ester>pyridine>thiamethoxam>pyrhexone. The results of field control ex-periment showed that the pest density of aphids decreased significantly after different doses of the tested agents. After 7 days of treat-ment,the control efficiency of each treatment was 96.89%~100.00%,and no harm occurred. The recommended effective dosage of each drug was 50%fluridifenil WG166.67~221.67 mg/L,22.4%Spiroxyl SC 53.33~60.54 mg/L,and 25%cycloxidine WP166.67~200.00 mg/L,30%thiamethoxam SC100.00~150.00 mg/L,25%pyrifolone SC100.00~166.67 mg/L.
