摘要
从我国高素质农民培育的政策演变入手,分析政策演变特征,并提出实现高素质农民培育提质增效的有效策略,包括精准感知高素质农民关注需求、努力夯实高素质农民质量基础、全力解决高素质农民后顾之忧,以期为高素质农民培育工作的发展提供理论参考.
Abstract
Starting with the policy evolution of the cultivation of high-quality farmers in China,this paper analyzed the characteris-tics of the policy evolution,and put forward effective strategies to improve the quality and efficiency of the cultivation of high-quali-ty farmers,including accurately sensing the concern needs of high-quality farmers,striving to consolidate the quality foundation of high-quality farmers,and making every effort to solve the worries of high-quality farmers,in order to provide theoretical reference for the development of the cultivation of high-quality farmers.
