In view of the frequent occurrence of rain and waterlogging disasters in recent years,the impact of rain and waterlogging disasters on crop diseases and pests was expounded,and the diseases and pests that are prone to occur after rain and waterlogging di-sasters were analyzed.Specific measures were discussed from the aspects of prevention of diseases and pests before and after disas-ters,which are of great significance for reducing grain loss caused by rain and waterlogging disasters.
