遗传改良对杉木针叶和种实性状的影响

研究了遗传改良对杉木针叶和种实性状的影响.改良后的杉木针叶长度较改良前增加了25.54%,改良后的杉木针叶宽度较改良前增加了14.29%,改良后的杉木针叶着生密度较改良前降低了14.17%.通过遗传改良可以明显减少杉木种实的长度、宽度和苞鳞尺寸、百粒质量.同时,改良后的杉木种实出籽率显著增加.球果长度减少比例为7.34%,球果宽度减少比例为5.64%,苞鳞长度减少比例为9.95%,苞鳞宽度减少比例为7.12%,百粒质量减少比例为13.64%,出籽率增加比例为51.63%.结果表明,遗传改良可以有效改善杉木的针叶和种实特性,本研究对于推动杉木遗传改良的发展和促进杉木的产业化具有重要的参考意义.
Effects of Genetic Improvement on Needle and Seed Traits of Cunninghamia lanceolata
The effects of genetic improvement on the needle and seed traits of Cunninghamia lanceolata were studied.Genetic im-provement can significantly reduce the length,width,scale size and 100 grain mass of Cunninghamia lanceolata seed.The results showed that the genetic improvement could effectively improve the needle and seed characteristics of Cunninghamia lanceolata.This paper has important reference significance for promoting the development of genetic improvement and promoting the industrial-ization of Cunninghamia lanceolata.
