白蜡吉丁虫防治药效试验

为探究不同药剂处理防治白蜡吉丁虫的效果,以北京通州为试验地点,设置90%敌百虫结晶、50%杀螟松乳油1 000倍液和40%乐果乳油800倍液,3种药剂处理和空白对照组,比较不同药剂处理对白蜡吉丁虫的防治效果.结果显示,3种药剂均可以有效地防治白蜡虫危害,90%敌百虫结晶和50%杀螟松乳油1 000倍液对白蜡吉丁虫的防治效果较好,施药后20d的防治效果和虫害率分别为:87.64%、88.47%和3.24%、3.63%.研究结果可为白蜡吉丁虫的药剂防治提供理论依据.
In order to explore the control effect of different insecticides on Agrilus marcopoli Obenberger,Tongzhou City of Beijing was selected as the test site,and three kinds of insecticides were set up,including 90%crystal of trichlorfon,50%1 000 liquid of creamofocalis and 40%800 liquid of diomethoate cream,and blank control group.The results showed that the three insecticides could effectively control the damage of Agrilus marcopoli Obenberger.The control effect and pest rate were 87.64%,88.47%and 3.24%and 3.63%,respectively,after 20 days of application.The results of this study can provide theoretical basis for chemical con-trol of Agrilus marcopoli Obenberger.
