Effects of Different Planting Densities on Yield of Chenopodium quinoa
The effects of different planting densities on the growth period, growth and yield of Chenopodium quinoa Longli No.1 were studied. The results showed that reasonable planting density could helpChenopodium quinoaplants make full use of water, light, fertilizer and other resources to increase yield and income. With the decrease of planting density, the growth period ofChenopodium quinoadecreased, plant height and inversion rate decreased, thousand grain weight and yield per plant increased, and the yield per unit area increased first and then decreased. It was concluded that the appropriate planting density ofChenopodium quinoain Pingch-uan District of Gansu Province was 69 000~85 500 plants/hm2.
