新研7号和隆跃99挑旗后干物质积累及灌浆特性分析

为探明大穗大粒型小麦品种新研7号、隆跃99挑旗后叶面积衰落、干物质积累和籽粒灌浆特性,在品种展示田中每8~9d取20个单茎地上部分,测定叶面积、烘干质量;标记同日扬花单穗,每4~5 d一次剥取20穗中部10小穗籽粒,计数后测烘干质量.结果显示,新研7号、隆跃99单茎质量、干物质积累量和花后群体干物质量高于济麦22,叶片衰老慢、功能期长,渐增、快增阶段和最大、平均灌浆速率高于济麦22.说明新研7号、隆跃99具有大穗大粒生理基础,高产栽培要以主茎成穗为主.
Analysis of Dry Matter Accumulation and Grouting Characteristics after Flag Leaf of Xinyan No.7 and Longyue 99
In order to investigate the leaf area decline,dry matter accumulation and grain filling characteristics of large panicle land arge-grain wheat varieties Xinyan No.7 and Longyue 99,and 20 above-ground parts of single stem were taken from the variety dis-play field every 8~9 days,and the leaf area and drying weight were measured.The single ear of flowering flowers on the same day was marked,and the middle 10 spikelets of 20 ears were peeled every 4~5 days,and the drying weight was measured after counting.The results showed that the single stem mass,dry matter accumulation and dry matter weight of Xinyan No.7 and Longyue 99 were higher than those of Jimai 22,the leaf senescence was slow,the functional period was long,the gradual and rapid increase stages and the maximum and average filling rate were higher than those of Jimai 22.It is indicated that Xinyan No.7 and Longyue 99 have the physiological basis of large spike and large grain,and the main stem into ear should be the main cultivation for high yield.
