Optimization Design of Electric Control System for Discharging Feed Truck
With Siemens S7-1200PLC as the control core,the position adjustment system of discharge port,the action system of dis-charge sling and the action system of discharge bin door are respectively controlled.The discharge port position adjustment system is mainly used to align the discharge port through manual control,in which two electro-hydraulic push rods are responsible for the ex-pansion and lifting of the lifting winch respectively,and one motor is responsible for the vertical outer tube of the winch to drive the rotation of the discharge port on the lifting winch.The operation modes of the unloading winch action system and the unloading bin door action system are automatic mode and manual mode.In the automatic mode,the feed level sensor is mainly used to detect whether the feed in the bin is finished,and the overflow photoelectric sensor installed in the discharge port detects whether the feed in the tower reaches the set value,so as to control the closing of the unloading bin door.Turn off the horizontal winch discharge mo-tor,vertical winch discharge motor and lifting winch discharge motor in sequence.According to the actual situation and the disadvan-tages of the traditional feed truck discharge electronic control system,the software program of the feed truck discharge electronic control system was written,including the action program of the outlet position adjustment,the action program of the discharge hook and the action program of the discharge bin door,and the optimization of the feed truck discharge electronic control system was real-ized.
