Problems and Suggestions on the Construction of High Standard Farmland in Luodian County
Since the"13th Five-Year Plan",Luodian County has steadily promoted the construction of high-standard farmland con-struction projects with the goal of improving agricultural production conditions and ensuring food security,and achieved initial re-sults.But it also exposed the project planning,design and implementation effect does not meet the expected needs of the masses,the quality of project construction to be improved,and the difficulty of management and care after construction.Through in-depth inves-tigation and research of the masses,townships and relevant functional departments in the project area,the crux problems existing in the project construction are identified,the reasons were analyzed one by one,and reasonable and scientific solutions and measures were proposed,so as to effectively build high standard farmland into a caring project for the farmers,giving the masses a sense of se-curity and improving satisfaction.
