摘要
随着食品供应链的不断发展和全球贸易的增加,食品安全检验检测技术的应用变得尤为重要.从食品安全的重要性入手,在介绍我国食品安全检验检测技术发展现状的基础上,论述了食品安全检验检测的内涵、意义及操作要求,分析了现阶段食品安全检验检测中存在的问题,探讨了食品安全检验检测提升策略.
Abstract
With the continuous development of the food supply chain and the increase of global trade,the application of food safety inspection and testing technology has become particularly important.Starting with the importance of food safety,on the basis of in-troducing the development status of China's food safety inspection and testing technology,this paper discussed the connotation,sig-nificance and operation requirements of food safety inspection and testing,analyzed the problems existing in the current stage of food safety inspection and testing,and probed into the improvement strategies of food safety inspection and testing.
