为提高菊花扦插的生根率和成活率,以麦浪菊花为标本研究不同种类、不同浓度植物生长调节剂对麦浪菊花生根的影响.结果显示:与对照组相比,萘乙酸(NAA)、吲哚丁酸(IBA)和二者混合溶液质量浓度为250、500、750、1 000 mg/kg时均能明显促进插穗生根,且根系生长良好;单独使用质量浓度为750 mg/kg的NAA溶液或质量浓度为1 000 mg/kg的IBA溶液处理插穗,生根效果最佳,且IBA对麦浪菊花扦插生根的促进作用更显著;NAA和IBA两种植物生长调节剂具有阶段性协同作用,在250~750 mg/kg质量浓度梯度范围内,NAA、IBA混合溶液处理的麦浪菊花插穗扦插生根率、平均根数及平均根长均显著高于两种激素单独处理组,且NAA、IBA混合溶液浓度为750 mg/kg时,生根效果最佳.
Effects of Different Kinds and Concentrations of Plant Growth Regulators on Rooting of Chrysanthemum Cuttings
In order to improve the rooting rate and survival rate of Chrysanthemum cuttings and shorten the seedling cycle,the ef-fects of different kinds and different concentrations of plant growth regulators on the rooting of Chrysanthemum were studied.The re-sults showed that compared with the control group,naphthalene acetic acid(NAA),indolebutyric acid(IBA)and their mixed solu-tions at 250,500,750 and 1 000 mg/kg could significantly promote the rooting of cuttings,and the root growth was good.The best rooting effect was obtained by using NAA solution with a mass concentration of 750 mg/kg or IBA solution with a mass concentra-tion of 1 000 mg/kg alone,and IBA had a more significant promoting effect on the rooting of cuttings.In the range of 250~750 mg/kg mass concentration gradient,the rooting rate,average number of roots and average root length of cuttings treated with NAA and IBA were significantly higher than those treated with two hormones alone.The rooting effect was best when the concentration of NAA and IBA mixed solution was 750 mg/kg.
