Maize is an important grain and oil crop and cash crop in Yingzhou District.Maize seedling stage is a period of high inci-dence of pests and diseases,if the control work is not timely,it is easy to occur a large area of pests and diseases,which will affect the growth of maize seedlings,and seriously lead to dead seedlings,missing seedlings and ridging,resulting in huge economic loss-es,so it is of great significance to do a good job of maize seedling pest control.Taking Yingzhou District as an example,the main types of diseases and pests in maize seedling stage and their control technical measures were analyzed.
