摘要
为研究不同栽培基质下对金钗石斛、铁皮石斛主要农艺性状的影响,选用铁皮石斛、金钗石斛两个品种1a生苗在大棚内分别栽种于腐熟松树皮[ζ(松树皮∶羊粪)=3∶1]、松树皮+苔藓、松树皮+腐殖土苗床上,定期测定农艺性状指标.结果显示,以腐殖质加松皮为栽培基质对金钗石斛和铁皮石斛的茎长、茎粗有一定的影响,为金钗石斛和铁皮石斛在毕节市金沙县进行大棚种植提供了理论依据.
Abstract
In order to study the effects of different cultivation medium on main agronomic traits of Dendrobium nobile and Dendrobi-um officinale under different cultivation medium,1 a seedlings of Dendrobium nobile and Dendrobium officinale were planted in the nursery beds of decomposed pine bark,pine bark+moss,pine bark+humus soil,respectively.The results showed that humus com-bined with pine bark had a certain effect on stem length and stem thickness of Dendrobium nobile and Dendrobium officinale,which provided a theoretical basis for Dendrobium nobile and Dendrobium officinale to plant in greenhouses in Jinsha County of Bijie City.
