为探究氨基酸水溶肥对不同温度下水稻种子发芽及幼苗生长的影响,以湘岳占为供试品种,设置25℃和30℃2种温度处理、清水对照和氨基酸水溶肥料2个试验处理,采用光照培养法开展试验,测定种子在不同温度处理下萌发与幼苗生长特性.结果表明:与清水对照相比,氨基酸水溶肥处理促进了湘岳占种子萌发与幼苗生长;与25℃处理相比,30℃温度下的湘岳占种子萌发与幼苗生长指标更高;氨基酸水溶肥与30℃温度处理下的湘岳占种子萌发及幼苗生长各项指标均达到最大值.该试验证明,在30℃温度处理下,叶面喷施氨基酸水溶肥可显著促进水稻种子萌发及幼苗生长.该研究揭示了氨基酸水溶肥与水稻种子萌发、幼苗生长的关系,具有一定的推广应用价值.
In order to investigate the effects of amino acid water-soluble fertilizer on seed germination and seedling growth of rice under different temperatures,Xiangyuezhan was selected as the test variety,and two experimental treatments were set up at 25℃and 30℃,water control and amino acid water-soluble fertilizer.Light culture method was used to test seed germination and seedling growth characteristics under different temperature treatments.The results showed that compared with plain water,amino acid water soluble fertilizer treatment promoted seed germination and seedling growth of Xiangyuezhan.Compared with 25℃,the seed germi-nation and seedling growth indexes of Xiangyue at 30℃were higher.Under the treatment of amino acid water soluble fertilizer and 30℃temperature,all indexes of seed germination and seedling growth of Xiangyuezhan reached the maximum.The experiment showed that under 30℃temperature treatment,spraying amino acid water-soluble fertilizer on the leaf surface could significantly promote the germination of rice seeds and seedling growth.This study revealed the relationship between amino acid water-soluble fertilizer and rice seed germination and seedling growth,which has certain application value.
