摘要
在乡村振兴战略全面实施背景下,结合乡村生态环境保护地方立法面临地方性意识不足、立法科学性和专业性不强、欠缺针对性等现实困境,以乡村生态环境地方立法为视角,从坚持科学立法理念、突出地方特色立法、地方有关立法具象化等方面,探讨了我国乡村生态环境保护地方立法的提升路径,以期为有效解决乡村生态环境问题、助推乡村生态振兴提供帮助.
Abstract
In the context of the comprehensive implementation of the rural revitalization strategy,to explore the practical difficulties faced by local legislation on rural ecological environment protection,such as lack of local awareness,scientific and professional leg-islation,and lack of pertinence,from the perspective of local legislation on rural ecological environment.From the aspects of adher-ing to the concept of scientific legislation,highlighting local characteristics legislation,and concretizing local legislation,this paper studied and analyzed the promotion path of local legislation on rural ecological environment protection in China,in order to effective-ly solve rural ecological environment problems and promote rural ecological revitalization.
