By investigating the construction and renovation of high-standard farmland water conservancy projects in Haichaoba Irri-gation District of Minle County,it is found that there are problems such as aging facilities and insufficient water conservancy invest-ment,and it is proposed to further improve the construction efficiency and management level of high-standard farmland water conser-vancy projects through innovative financing models,strengthening the maintenance and renovation of facilities,improving the effi-ciency of water resources utilization and other safeguard measures.
