摘要
介绍了盘山县各类新型农业经营主体发展现状和土地耕种现状,从农业生产比较效益问题、生产经营环境、新型农业经营主体和社会化服务发展的制约因素等方面,分析了影响"谁来种地"的因素,提出了进一步优化农业发展环境、完善农村基础设施建设、加强农业技术培训和示范、提高农民的种植技术和管理能力等相应的促进新型农业经营主体发展建议.
Abstract
This paper introduced the development status of various types of new agricultural management subjects and land cultiva-tion status in Panshan County,analyzed the factors that affect"who will go in for farming",mainly in the aspects of agricultural pro-duction comparative benefit,production and management environment,new agricultural management subjects and social service de-velopment constraints,etc.Some suggestions were put forward to further optimize agricultural development environment,improve rural infrastructure construction,strengthen agricultural technology training and demonstration,and improve farmers'planting tech-nology and management ability.
