This paper comprehensively utilized the method of literature research and participation observation,and combined the trend of agricultural development in China to deeply explain the core value and function of agricultural economic management major in the development of modern agriculture,and analyzed the current situation of agricultural economic management professional tal-ent training in Guizhou Vocational College of Agricultural.Guizhou Vocational College of Agricultural still has some problems in the cultivation of agricultural economic management talents,which are mainly reflected in the curriculum teaching system,practical teaching links,teacher team construction,evaluation and assessment,social demand docking and other aspects.Focusing on the above problems,the reform measures of talent training plan were proposed to truly train a talent team that meets the needs of China's agricultural development.
