In order to compare the quality indexes of Dendrobium officinale under different simulated wild cultivation methods,six key indexes,including polysaccharide content,mannose content,extract content,polyphenol content,flavonoids content and crude fi-ber content,were selected and compared with wild Dendrobium officinale.The results showed that wild Dendrobium officinale showed superiority in many indexes.Therefore,in the process of planting and cultivation of Dendrobium officinale,the characteris-tics of wild environment should be used for reference in order to enhance the medicinal value and comprehensive quality of Dendro-bium officinale.
