On the basis of elaborating the advantages and popularization significance of dry sowing wet out technology of cotton,combined with the application status of dry sowing wet out technology of cotton in the Third Division,the application effect of dry sowing wet out technology of cotton in the Third Division was introduced in detail,in order to provide reference for the promotion and application of dry sowing wet out technology of cotton in Xinjiang.
