针对传统旋耕机存在的体积庞大、质量较大等问题,基于TRIZ理论进行了小型化改进与创新.改进中,先通过TRIZ方法论对旋耕机的结构和功能进行系统分析,然后优化结构设计,并选用轻量化材料来降低旋耕机整体体积和质量.通过重新布局部件和重新设计关键组件,实现了旋耕机在小型化的同时维持原有的耕作效果,以适应小型化农田的需要,为农业生产提供更为灵活和高效的机械工具.
Improvement and Innovation of Rotary Tiller Based on TRIZ Theory
Aiming at the problems of the traditional rotary tiller,such as bulky size and weight,miniaturization improvement and in-novation was carried out based on TRIZ theory.In the improvement,the structure and function of the rotary tiller were systematically analyzed through the TRIZ methodology,and then the structural design was optimized,and lightweight materials were selected to re-duce the overall volume and quality of the rotary tiller.By rearranging the components and redesigning the key components,the rota-ry tiller can maintain the original farming effect while miniaturizing,so as to meet the needs of miniaturized farmland and provide more flexible and efficient mechanical tools for agricultural production.
