In this paper,the biological characteristics of the rare and endangered plant Pleione yunnanensis distributed in the north-west of Yunnan were systematically studied,the reasons of its endangerability were analyzed in detail,and the relevant protection measures were put forward,such as establishing the origin protection area of Pleione yunnanensis and carrying out seedling breeding and ex situ protection.
