摘要

乡村振兴战略的实施为乡村人居环境建设提供了新的契机和助力,二者具有紧密的逻辑关联性.在乡村振兴视角下,以宁夏22县区为例,构建了由4个维度、20个指标组成的宁夏县域人居环境质量评价指标体系,并综合运用熵权法、人居环境质量综合评价指数,对乡村人居环境质量与空间格局进行了评价.结果表明:22县区人居环境质量差距较大,整体呈现"多核心""北高南低"的空间分异特征.结合厘定的乡村人居环境的优质区、良好区、中等区和较差区4种乡村人居环境类型,提出了优化乡村人居环境的调控策略.

Abstract

The implementation of rural revitalization strategy provides a new opportunity and help for the construction of rural living environment,and the two have a close logical relationship.From the perspective of rural revitalization,taking 22 counties in Ningxia as an example,an evaluation index system of county human settlement environment quality in Ningxia was constructed,which was composed of 4 dimensions and 20 indicators,and the quality and spatial pattern of rural human settlement environment were evaluat-ed by using entropy weight method and comprehensive evaluation index of human settlement environment quality.The results showed that there is a large gap in the quality of human settlements in 22 counties and regions,and the overall spatial differentiation features of"multi-core"and"high in the north and low in the south".According to the four types of rural human settlements,namely,high quality area,good area,medium area and poor area,the regulation strategy of optimizing rural human settlements was put for-ward.
