摘要
现代农业高质量发展是实施质量兴农战略的总目标,是落实乡村振兴的重要举措.立足于A地州的现代农业发展现状,深入分析了当地现代农业发展过程中存在的自主创新能力不足、产品结构单一、产业机制不健全等问题,从种子资源、高标准农田、产业链条及农业人才等角度,提出了加快推进多种形式适度规模经营、转变农业发展方式、提高农业质量效益和竞争力的现代农业高质量发展相关建议,为我国尤其是西北地区的农业高质量发展、缓解农业资源环境压力提供参考.
Abstract
Based on the current development status of modern agriculture in Prefecture A,this paper deeply analyzed the problems existing in the development process of local modern agriculture,such as insufficient independent innovation ability,single product structure and imperfect industrial mechanism.From the perspectives of seed resources,high-standard farmland,industrial chain and agricultural talents,This paper put forward some suggestions on the high-quality development of modern agriculture,such as acceler-ating various forms of moderate scale management,transforming agricultural development mode,improving agricultural quality and efficiency and competitiveness,and providing references for the high-quality development of agriculture in China,especially in northwest China,and alleviating the pressure on agricultural resources and environment.
