Industrial prosperity is the basis of rural revitalization.Relying on the upcoming changes in the structure of labor force and quality and the new opportunities for the implementation of policies to support rural revitalization industries,measures such as positioning leading industries,training new farmers,building service platforms,supporting fund raising,gathering scientific and tech-nological organizations,and assisting grassroots party building were proposed to enable the efficient development of agricultural in-dustry in Guangyuan City.
